JPott Studios
Refund policy
If Premium is not right for you, you can ask for your money back.
Purchases made on a computer
Purchases made in the desktop version of our apps are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for these orders.
- 14-day money-back promise. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This covers new subscriptions, renewals, and lifetime purchases. You do not need to give a reason.
- How to ask. Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the help link in that receipt, or email jpottstudios@gmail.com with the app name and the email address you used at checkout.
- What happens next. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Premium for that purchase ends once the refund is made.
- Cancelling a subscription. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- After 14 days, we may still help where the law or a fault on our side calls for it. Just ask.
Purchases made on a phone or tablet
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google, and they decide refunds under their own policies. We are not able to issue those refunds ourselves.
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history or the Google Play refund page.
Deleting an app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
