How we write and check our guides
Each of our eight app websites has guides written by JPott Studios. This page explains the standards they all follow.

How are guides written?
Each guide answers one question people really ask, in the first two sentences, then gives practical, general information. An app is mentioned only where it genuinely fits.
How do we check facts?
What we say about our own apps is checked against the app and its website. What we say about other apps comes from their own websites and store listings, with the date we read them. If we cannot confirm something we leave it out. We only cite research that exists, and we say what it really found.
How do we compare apps?
Fairly and kindly: we credit the other app first, say where it fits better and where ours does, and never mock anyone.
How often do we review?
About every 90 days. A guide's date changes only when its content really changes.
What if there is a mistake?
Tell us on the support page or at jpottstudios@gmail.com. We correct confirmed mistakes quickly.
